Hallelujah!

For all you liturgy nerds out there, I'm breaking a big Lenten rule by saying "Hallelujah!" before Easter Sunday... but it is worth it! This Sunday, April 2, a group from Hagar's Community Church will have our first in-person church service inside the prison!

We have not been able to worship with our beloved incarcerated siblings since mid-December 2021, at which time all volunteer programs were suspended due to Covid outbreaks inside. This will be such a sweet reunion, and a time to meet new friends and start fresh together.

Please keep our leaders and volunteers in your prayers as we prepare, and please also pray for all those who will attend worship on Sunday. May the Spirit of love and liberation be at work among us, bringing peace, healing, and rest to our souls.
